Screwball Cartoon Avatars creates avatars in the virtual world of Second Life™. All the avatars are cartoon in theme. Some of them are inspired by the familiar faces from cartoons we all know and love, while others are completely original…and many are very witty! They all have one thing in common and that is their cartoonish nature, bringing a little bit of childishness into the mataverse.
The avies available include regular sizes avatars (in the range of 2m), tinies (around the 1.2m height mark) and miniatures. The miniatures, also known as micro avatars, are amongst the smallest avatars available in game, standing at just 40cm in height.
Jenee Marten, the creator of the Screwball Avies first began building cartoon avatars in Second Life™ at the beginning of 2006 and has since built up an impressive portfolio of over 150 characters and her virtual world content creation is of incredibly high standards. That said, these avies are incredibly good value for money costing, on average, just 300 Linden Dollars each.

If you are not familiar with Second Life™, (otherwise known as SL™) it is a 3D virtual world in which the content is entirely made by its members or residents. This allows for mass creation and an exciting array of talent on display. You can find out more about Second Life from their website.
